Reiki is a universal energy. It is loving and compassionate – a oneness.
The beauty of Reiki is in its simplicity.
Reiki is gentle and nourishing and works holistically across physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. It is opening and balancing and can help healing across a range of conditions, as well as complementing traditional medicine. I cannot tell you how you will experience Reiki, or how your body will chose choose to respond – it is different for everyone and can vary every time.
As a Reiki Master, I set an intention towards your deepest healing and highest good. I then merge with Reiki, acting as a portal whereby energy flows intuitively, gracefully and without intention, going where it needs to go. As a receiver all you need to do is lie or sit comfortably, fully clothed and relax.
Sessions generally lead to profound relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing. Whether face-to-face or remote, they begin with an introductory chat and there is always time after for feedback and discussion.
