Conscious connected breathwork brings us deeper into a space that we may never have been aware of before.
We all have an ability to access the power of our breath and our body’s innate intelligence, we may just not have done this consciously. As we breathe, we can start peeling back the layers of trauma that we have suppressed and begin to understand who we really are and how we connect with everything around us.
Everyone experiences the world through a different lens and the same is true for breathwork. You may feel the rush of emotions, energy running through your body, visions and colours, or something else. It doesn’t matter as it is all about moving away from the mind and into our bodies.
Each session is different – you only go as far as you are ready for at that moment. Sometimes it can be intensely profound on a physical, emotional or spiritual level and other times simply nourishing and relaxing.
Although it is called conscious connected breathwork, it’s not really about work, it is about giving in to the moment and letting go.
I will help you learn some simple techniques and hold a safe space for you on your journey, for which I feel honoured.
