Breathwork one to one Session:

This is a self-healing practice in which you breathe deeply to music. You will usually lie on a mattress on the floor, fully clothed, with a pillow.
As your breathwork facilitator, I will hold a safe space for you and guide you through your journey. I will use acupressure to help release blocked energy around your body, affirmations and reiki. We will also use sound and movement to act as a catalyst to go deeper.
Physically, breathwork enables us to access more of our respiratory system, increases oxygenation throughout our body and helps improve conditions such as anxiety and stress, respiratory conditions, sleep issues and many more.
Mentally and emotionally, it can create clarity, through helping us to process past trauma and undo self-sabotaging patterns.
Spiritually, it allows us to access expanded states of being, along with fuller expression of love and joy.
Contraindications
Breathwork is a benign and yet powerful modality with few contraindications. For anyone with any of the following conditions: epilepsy, seizures (of any kind); glaucoma; detached retina; psychotic states; borderline psychotic states and first trimester pregnancy, I am sorry, but I am unable to offer this practice.
